My family new member is a cat, O Ti. The motive that we raise a cat is because mice had a party in our living room in some time. My wife and I have tried to catch stray cats in park for breeding it in my house, but the vagrant cats ran too fast to catch them. We searched stray cats on website and found the cat halfway house. Finally, we decided to adopt a black cat, O Ti, but there are some processes have to be done.
Firstly, the cat halfway house will estimate the ability of adopting family to raise the cats. Next, you have to sign a promised letter not to maltreat the cat, and then adopting family can try to live with the cats for couple days. If the cat cannot adapt to the new family, it can be sent back. It is good news that O Ti has adapted our family very soon. Of course, we can’t see the mice have the party in my living room.

Japanese in the earthquake
The 9.0 magnitude earthquake was happened in Japan on 11th, Mar 2011.After the 9.0 magnitude earthquake, the tsunami was coming very soon led to thousands and thousands Japanese death and many house crashed. After two weeks, we can look at Japanese that they don’t argue their government, and they knew how to help each other. Japanese thought that no one can predict and avoid large disaster, so they would not challenge the government. They understood how to stand up for re-building their home town firstly. The other hand, Japanese had much sequence to settle their refuges and help each other. We should learn Japanese attitude in this earthquake experience.

Riotous news we can see on TV every day. The countries include Bahrain, Libya, and so on. The reason that people demonstrate their government is despotism. The first country which people against government is Egypt. She ran up the trend which people chased freedom.
The democracy is major trend in over the word, and democratic society brings the freedom, economic boom. Additionally, the information is known quickly on the internet so people in despotic country also can get the advantage of democracy on website. Egyptian used the internet to gather and contact people for demonstration. The revolution method is changed .We can study the history in over the world before we have the internet. My Best Friend
My 2nd job is engineer when I went to the company 15 years ago. I knew many colleagues in the company but one of colleagues stayed the company same as I stayed there 10 years. We were promoted to manager but I was engineering manager and he was a sales manager. We faced customer together and had good privity. Although he and I left last company, we often have a contact for suggestion to each other. His name is Jacky Wang.
He and I left last company before 5 years ago. We had different destiny that I am in listed company now but he changed several jobs. He has been sales manager, general manager in small company, and program manager but his situation was not good for each job. When he was a sales manager, his boss had involuntary bankruptcy. Unfortunately, when he was a general manager, his sales had own company for owing his company money. Currently, he stayed in listed company but it seems he stays in very hard situation too. I have analyzed why his situation was not good for each job because he kept the old thinking model same as my last company. He has a big dream for each job but it needs to take much time and many risks to implement. My thinking is different from last job, and then I will do what I can do. If he changes his job, I will go his company and see what he is doing, and I will give some suggestion because I hope he can be better than before.
Our friendship is very deep for a long time because we have been good colleague, and we are good partner. Sometime, we will give opinions to each other when we have a problem in job or emotion. Although we aren’t coworker now, we will share experience to each other. The best friend will not be resisted by time, distance, and environment.

The movie, Cinderella man described a potential boxer, Jim retired after he lose the boxing game several times. At same time, USA was in the period of economic depression. He had only part time for living and raising his children. Of course, his life was very hard, and he applied grant form government in order to restore his house power, and then his children could be back from relative house, but the grant was not enough to pay the power rate. Finally, he cadged from previous friend and got back his children. This is encourage movie Jim had 2nd chance from a poor man to a boxer champion.
Jim had a Chance to back boxing game and he just want to get some money for living. Surprisingly, he won the game and started to change his life. His friend, Joe sell all own furniture and persuade boxing organization to help back boxing game. Jim thought he went back boxing game that is only way for better living so he started to join training and join boxing game. Not surprising, he won all the games and became a champion. However, most important is that Jim became a spirit symbol of poor people because he was from poor man to boxing champion. People would like to Jim win and become champion same as they had the hope every day. Jim’s boxing game wasn’t only his own game but also all people’s game.

24th, December in Lunar Calendar
Many days in lunar calendar are significant meaning for Chinese. For example, 15th, January is lantern festival; 5th, May is dragon boat festival; 15th, August is moon festival. Each one has its own history or fable. Before lunar New Year, the last special day in lunar calendar is 24th, December which we send Chinese gods back to court of heaven.
Actually, the fable of 24th, December is that Chinese gods, Tai Sui and Kitchen god was sent back court of heaven. Totally, there are 60 Tai Suis in Chinese gods, and they will come and turn every year, so we have to send back Tai Sui every year too. The fable of kitchen god is that Jade emperor will appoint kitchen gods to families to supervise them whether their behavior is good or not, so kitchen gods will be sent back every year. People will offer sweet food and thank kitchen god in order to let kitchen god tell Jade emperor the word of praise.
For a long time, people send back Tai Sui and kitchen god went back court of heaven in Chinese traditional culture, so 24th, December was become a festival which people send all Chinese gods back to court of heaven. All the gods will leave joss on 24th, December, and then people will clean the joss and the table of joss in order to welcome gods back on 4th, January.

Currently, we are living in industrial society which people don’t have offered gods in house and recent houses haven’t enough space to offer gods. Chinese Billionaire,Cheng GuangBiao started to danotion tour that is worth thinking for us.we can see him on the media every day.Some people agreed and praise his action but some people didn't.Everything has positive and negative situation.
Let's think about the mean between China and Taiwan.He hightlighted his danotion in order to wake up more people to help people.Even though,he has the other purpose, it is worth thinking that Taiwan and China doesn't have too many differences. Even China has more advantage than Taiwan.We haven't been more rich than China.Taiwanese politician should think what policy is good for Taiwan but many policians always talk about the acceptation and rejection.Who can see the mean in this event?
I think we have to make Taiwanese adavatage firstly.Not only Taiwanese have to improve ability themself, but also government has to make the good envirnment to increase our compettive ability in pover world.
