The Exercise IS Good for Health
The exercise is good for health. I liked exercises including badminton, volleyball, basketball, swimming, so I was less illness when I was young. The frequency of sport has been reduced since I started to work in society, so my physical is less strength than in the past. I played the badminton with my wife today. I was very tired after playing 20 minutes. I really felt I have not a sport for long time. That is why I am easy to tire every day because the body has not good metabolism. It is good for health if we keep a short exercise very day. It also mean a slang which is a roller stone gathers no moss.
