Parent-Child Relationship

Parent-child relationship is interesting variety following time change. Most of Taiwanese who the age is up 50 years old got the serious family education. Parents requested Children to do anything following rules completely. Although, children got serious family education, parent-child relationship is closed. Ranging 30~50 years old, they got more democratic family education, and agriculture society was changing to industrial society. Not only Family gathering time is more and more reduced but also parent-child relationship was impact. Less 30 years old, they are living in acknowledge exploding world. Everything is asked for fast and the process is cared. The relationship is became simple between parents and Children.

Don't give up

Don’t give up my classes in the university. In this half year, I have many business trips and too many projects running, so my classes weren’t cared. Sometime,I am very warning my classes will be failed, and listening a sound with give up classes in my mind. It is not easy to care job and classes. Especially, we have family but I told myself that I will try my best to learn what I can learn even the classes will be dropped. Learn is kept going. It is import what you can hold in this time.

The Bright Idea

The purpose of the bright idea is including useful, convenient, saving money and earning money. I would like to share you the experiences in our company. First, it is the pattern product that is changeable AC plug adaptor. As you know, AC plug is different in all over the world. The kind of adaptor can be used every country if end user change AC plug . For our customers, they only prepare adaptor with different AC plug for selling worldwide. It is useful and convenient for end user. Our customer can save money. Our company can earn much money because it has pattern.
Next, I would share our company policy two years ago. Everybody knew the financial crisis of world 2 years ago. I n that time, our company had a policy that every employee must to provide two bright ideas per half year for saving money. Of course, employees worked out many bright ideas. For example, one floor is setup one area for common stationery; document is signed by computer; produce by automatic machine in production line and so on. Finally, our company saved much money, and then our company passed financial crisis 2 years ago.

The New Colleagues Will Come from Philippine

In the weekly meeting today, my boss told us that we will have new colleagues from Philippine after Chinese New Year. I am very surprise why our company will recruit employees from Philippine. My understanding is the economic boom in this years so we need more employees. The other hand, our company would like to improve the English of employee so they recruit Philippians who can speak English and need lower salary. However, we have to think what Taiwanese advantage is recently.Taiwan has already needed the foreign technology person form the conutry which people income is lower than Taiwan. I think this topic is worth to think why company doesn't pay more money to recruit Taiwanese.

The Breath

The breath is very simple and easy for everybody. We are breathing when we are working, exercising and so on. Actually, the breath is normally activity in our body but nobody will focus the breath activity for one time. The breath let us kept our live because it gives us oxy, and then oxy is mixed with blood to produce new cell our body. Everybody knew the breath is very important but most people have ever thought to breathe very well at moment. If we just take a moment to focus the breath, it will good to our body health. How to do it? First, please close your eyes, and don’t think anything. Next, please inhale 80% air full in the abdomen and then exhale the rest of 30% air. Finally, you have to cycle the 2nd step aroud 10-20 minutes.If you can do it every day, you will have high spirit.

The Noise of Selection

There was much noise in the election of five cities and all of mayor. Before voting day, I picked up my soon after his class. He told me there was much noise when he was in school. Many candidates have broadcast car and team cycling street. They used the loudspeaker to present election policies and used drum to attract who they were candidates. Why didn't the candidates think whether their behavior effect the other people? They only know how to present themselves. In Taiwanese selection culture, I don’t think this situation can be changed because Taiwanese is very curious. That is why candidates will use the bustling with noise and many people walking on the street. The noise of selection is improved unless people move the curious and candidates think of other people.
