The Breath
The breath is very simple and easy for everybody. We are breathing when we are working, exercising and so on. Actually, the breath is normally activity in our body but nobody will focus the breath activity for one time. The breath let us kept our live because it gives us oxy, and then oxy is mixed with blood to produce new cell our body. Everybody knew the breath is very important but most people have ever thought to breathe very well at moment. If we just take a moment to focus the breath, it will good to our body health. How to do it? First, please close your eyes, and don’t think anything. Next, please inhale 80% air full in the abdomen and then exhale the rest of 30% air. Finally, you have to cycle the 2nd step aroud 10-20 minutes.If you can do it every day, you will have high spirit.
